Hi, I’m Mary.

I believe that when you come to therapy and work through a problem, the answer to your problem already exists within you. Our time together will help you discover your answers through the following creative approaches.
Mindfulness - the practice of developing consciousness to bring mind, body, and sensations together to find solutions and live fully.
Dream work - I work with the belief that our unconscious mind (which we have access to during sleep) holds some essential ingredients for dealing with difficulties and making change. If we listen to the language of your dreams, we can glean solutions that you wouldn't usually consider.
The use of Play and Imagination - I’ll show you how to tap into your inner resources as a way to open up to what is possible in your life.
Self Acceptance Training - a teaching which can help you identify, appreciate and accept your uniqueness. My intention is to help you open to possibilities within yourself that facilitate change, create new direction, help reveal key solutions to your problems, and enliven your very being.
I am a seasoned Psychotherapist practicing since 1995. I work with individuals and groups. I mentor and problem solve to help you develop your inner resources. I’m known for my unique ability to tame the inner critic and foster self-acceptance. I enjoy helping others find and develop their voice.
In addition to individual sessions, I conduct innovative group workshops. These soul-stirring journeys allow for an immersion into the deepest personal work.
